Gene lists include, as far as possible, all publishedAspergillus (Emericella) nidulans genes, and where available, Genbank accession numbers and the closest fitting autocalled genes from the Broad Institute genome sequence.

Linkage maps are based solely on genetic or, in a few cases, cosmid data.

Contig lists, arranged by chromosome arm, show the positions on the Broad Institute genome of the nearest autocalled gene for genes named in publications or GenBank entries. Revised arrangements of contigs into supercontigs, as a result of contig overlaps, are also listed.
