Column 2 shows contigs, ordered by chromosome arm. The orientations of previously unattached contigs are shown relative to the supercontigs in which they are now incorporated; for details see Revised supercontig list, telomere locations. In columns 4 and 5, genes named in publications or GenBank entries are listed according to the position of the most closely corresponding autocalled gene.

Genes represented on the linkage map are shown in bold.
