The FGSC uses a "Click-through MTA" as part of the online material request form. It states that the recipient accepts the following statements:
1) I agree to arrange payment or ask for a waiver.
2) I agree to acknowledge the FGSC in any publication arising from the use of
this material.
3) I release the FGSC and its hosting institutions from any liability associated
with the use of this material.
Use of materials received from the FGSC, or derived from materials received from the FGSC constitutes acceptance of these terms.
