cultural_requirements: A distal segment of IR with breakpoint at al-1 is interchanged with IIR (left of arg-12). When T(4637) is crossed with overlapping translocation T(STL76), viable duplication progeny result that contain two copies of the intervals between breakpoints of the two translocations. The duplicated segment includes IR markers un-7 and os-5 through hom but does not include cyh-1 or lys-3 (808; D.D. Perkins, unpublished data).
