delta pp-2::RIP	1.5 Kb fragment of pp-2 gene was cloned into pCB1004 vector, and the resulting plasmid named pCB-Hs1 was transformed into 74-ORS6a strain. The RIP mutants of pp-2 were generated by crossing the pCB-Hs1 transformans with the wild-type strain 74-OR23-1VA. Poor development of aerial hyphae; slower mycelia elongation rate; female sterile (no protoperithecia development)		B
